We use an online document proofing and approval tool named Ziflow. This world-class proofing platform allows us to share our Creative Design proofs with you in an easy to navigate interface. Accessible from any device where you receive your email, our proofing portal will deliver links so that you may view your proofs at your convenience. Then you may comment with edits or changes and ultimately approve your projects when you are ready to move forward.

Gone are the days of digging through your inbox, messing with attachments, and endless back-and-forth emails. You can even collaborate with your team or coaches simply by adding their email addresses to the project. Then they too can comment and remain aligned in your documents creation. Everyone's feedback will be timestamped and noted, all in one easy to understand graphic interface.
