There's been a change in the wind...
As of January 1, 2007, 100 percent of our electricity is wind-generated. It has not impacted our operations negatively at all; what's more, it has contributed significantly to our planet's well-being. Just our use of wind-generated electricity affords Earth an annual benefit equal to planting 1,045 trees or taking a car off the road for 119,000 miles. |

We have become an EPA Green Power Partner.
We are now an EPA Green Power Partner, committing to use all energy wisely. In addition to switching to wind-generated electricity, we have upgraded our facility to reduce heating and cooling loads. We also aggressively recycle paper, glass, aluminum, toner cartridges and plastics. |

We have selected the most Earth-Friendly paper mills.
Today, we are using paper vendors based on their parallel commitments to resource conservation. Our primary grade of white paper purchases come from a manufacturer in Pennsylvania that, like PrintFast, is powered with wind-generated electricity. All of its papers are manufactured with 100 percent post-consumer waste and bleached without harmful chlorine compounds. Buying that company's products realizes a huge reduction in wastewater toxicity and greenhouse gas emissions. |

We no longer use oil-based printing inks.
The quality of safer soy-based inks, in use around the world for many years, has now progressed to the point of being on par with or even superior to traditional oil-based inks. PrintFast has now switched all of our primary ink colors to those manufactured with Earth-friendly soybean oil. |
